CHIORINO LLC ("we") manufactures rubber products, machines metal parts, repairs industrial machinery and vehicles, trades goods wholesale, and rents property and cars. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Industrial customers
Contacts, site addresses, equipment data, drawings and service records. Drawings are confidential.
3. Vehicle service customers
Name, phone, vehicle registration, VIN, mileage and repair history.
4. Car rental
Passport and driving licence details, rental contracts, deposits and GPS data where vehicles are fitted with trackers, as stated in the contract.
5. Tenants
Tenant contacts and lease agreements.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax), legitimate interests (vehicle security, warranty).
7. Recipients
Parts suppliers (vehicle data only as needed), insurers, banks, police in case of theft. We do not sell personal data.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
